I’m a human resources / talent acquisition + development leader. I have built and led internal teams for rapidly growing global brands, manufacturing, consulting companies, and startups with 20 to ~250 employees and up to 9-figures in annual revenue across multiple US states and China.
As head of HR, I established and implemented strategic policies, processes, benefits, and people management to enable significant growth – 2x employee headcount within my first year of employment for multiple companies – one which landed #610 on the 2020 Inc 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies and then another that led to acquisition by a global athletic brand. I believe these successful business outcomes are a direct result of my curiosity + care for people as well as a driving desire to build genuine, trusting relationships.
Now as a Human Resources Consultant and Fractional HR Leader, I love working with small businesses to equally support the organization and associated employees for sustainable growth, empower people managers with effective guidance and toolkits to lead as well as always look to ensure compliance and mitigate risk + legal liability.
In my free time, I’m a big fan of traveling to spend time with loved ones, (winning) games that require both luck and strategic thinking, and petting all dogs who cross my path.
